Just moved to Illinois from Houston, Texas and had a light come on my dash. I called around 11:30 AM and Jay answered quickly. He told me to go ahead and bring my car by. I pulled it up and he checked it out for me immediately. It was a quick and easy fix so he reset my gauges and showed me what exactly was wrong. Then he sent me on my way! He was very kind and showed me everything he was doing. Thank you so much, Jay!!! 🙂 He really cares about his customers.

This auto repair shop is the best in all of the Dupage County. The owner Jay is sharp and knows what they are doing. Mavis tire in st Charles missed diagnosed my car issues. And within 15 minutes United fixed my car. And the owner picked me up at my house to pick up my car. What car shop does that! I will go here for life to get my car fixed right. Honest. Took my car in same day, did good work, and recommended a good towing place. Fair price as well.

They looked at the AC on my old VW on short notice before closing. Were honest throughout the evaluation. Ultimately couldn’t source the part that was needed and sent me on my way with knowledge of what I needed, billed me a fair price for the labor and parts to troubleshoot. Will go back.
